New Shield Advanced Formula Carpet Protector, GL | Dye Block Technology | Dilution 4:1

New Shield is the latest technology in short chain fluorochemicals and the latest generation of dye blocking with acid dye resistors. New Shield provides superior performance in stain resistance to many long chain flour chemical protectors on the market. New Shield will provide water and oil-based resistance as well as giving superior stain prevention. New Shield covers up to 4000 sq ft per concentrated gallon depending on carpet pile and density.

Directions:

Low Pressure Sprayer application

1. Dilute by mixing 1 part New Shield to 4 parts water.

2. Apply with #8004 jet nozzle at a rate of 400 to 800 sq ft to one gallon at 35-45 psi. The coverage will depend on pile and density of carpet fibers. Low pile commercial carpet 800 sq ft per diluted gallon.

3. Apply evenly over entire carpet surface making sure to overlap, then raking or brush, fully working protector in carpet fiber.

4. To prevent material accumulation in spray equipment, clean after each use with fresh water.

Adjustable Injection Sprayer Application for Truck Mounts:

1. If using an adjustable injection sprayer simply set your adjustment to 4 and the sprayer will automatically dilute at 1:4 rate, no mixing necessary. For a non adjustable injection sprayer, remove the metering tip and the sprayer will dilute at 1:4.

2. Reduce Pressure at truckmount outlet to 300 psi. THe coverage will depend on pile and density of carpet fibers. Low pile commercial carpet 800 sq ft per diluted gallon.

3. Apply evenly over entire carpet surface making sure to overlap, then rake or brush, fully working protector into carpet fiber.

4. To prevent material accumulation in spray equipment, clean after each use with fresh water.
